1.    Pricing and pricing: All garments are made to order here from my home studio in New Zealand. Price includes VAT in New Zealand. Shipping cost added at checkout.

2.   Order process: Follow the website instruction a confirmation email is sent after completion.

3.   Shipping: Orders are shipped from home studio, Huntly, New Zealand. Production and delivery time are specified according to product.

4.   Returns: As a small handmade business, we do not accept returns. For conditions, timelines, and exclusions see our Return Policy.

5.   Payment methods: We accept Wix Payment and other secure methods listed on the website.
