Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with JHÚNA ATELIER. I’m a small at‑home business, so every order means a lot. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Change of mind
Because items are made/packed one piece at a time solely by me, I currently do not offer refunds. Please check sizes, colors and descriptions carefully before ordering.
2. Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, I will happily repair or replace.

Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
Once approved, I’ll let you know if we’ll repair, replace or refund your item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
3. Returns shipping

If the item is faulty or incorrect, I will cover reasonable return shipping within New Zealand.

If a return is approved for another reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping is non‑refundable.
4. Non‑returnable condition.
Any custom order is non-refundable.
5. At‑home business notice
JHÚNA ATELIER is run from a private home studio. I do not have a physical storefront, so all returns must be arranged by email first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Processing times
Once your return is received and inspected, I aim to process your refund or exchange within 5–10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to show the refund.
7. Consumer rights (New Zealand)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer law.
Personalised and Custom Orders
For personalized and custom orders, no refunds or cancellations apply once the order is confirmed.
Makeover Services
No refunds are offered for makeover services. You may reschedule your appointment one time if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
